First and foremost is the reliable route delivery by Multi-Flow's team of Customer Service Technicians. There are no minimum purchases required. Multi-Flow guarantees same day service in most areas, 7 days a week, including all holidays. Multi-Flow's phones are staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by courteous customer service representatives for your convenience.

Each of Multi-Flow's customers are assigned a professional Customer Service Representative who determines product needs, services equipment and completes preventive maintenance checks with every visit and delivery. Multi-Flow's service program includes the following:

  • All the necessary equipment for the dispensing of soft drinks and juices
  • Equipment repair and/or replacement

Multi-Flow has installation specialists to professionally install any equipment it sells. Once installed Multi-Flow technicians will clean, maintain, and repair that equipment.
