A History of Successful Innovation

In the Late 1930's, Sam Gottlieb started a small business with the simple idea of dispensing fountain style beverages right at the bar. After much experimentation, Sam produced his first beverage dispenser and started a new age in the beverage industry. Sam's idea evolved over time through many phases, finally becoming the modern “Bar Gun” that is standard throughout the hospitality industry today.

Sam and his brothers started installing his dispensing equipment at local restaurants and taverns and mixing and distributing the concentrated soda syrup flavors to dispense there. Two flavors became four, four became eight. Eventually, Multi-Flow became a Nationally-Licensed distributor of all major soda brands. The business grew and the service area expanded. Multi-Flow now has offices and distribution centers in over a dozen states and employs nearly 200 creative, energetic and devoted people.

Multi-Flow is now a thriving company, which in addition to Sales, Installation and Service of a wide range of beverage dispensing equipment, has become a leader in the manufacture of Boutique and Private Label concentrated beverages. Multi-Flow now produces hundreds of varieties of carbonated soft drinks, juices, ciders, teas, and coffees, in a vast array of concentrations and packaging. Moving far beyond Sam's early vision, Multi-Flow's in-house laboratory for product analysis and dedicated R&D team are capable of producing or reproducing virtually any product on the planet.
